Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Help customers select apparel, products, and customization options, including printing and embroidery.
- Assist with placing orders, navigating our website, and using our online design tool.
- Prepare quotes and confirm order details, including garment styles, colors, sizes, quantities, and artwork requirements.
- Provide updates on production, shipping, tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with our graphics, production, and shipping teams to keep orders moving and customers informed.
- Resolve order concerns, product issues, and replacement requests with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open inquiries.
- Recommend relevant products and services based on each customer’s needs.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online order management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks while staying calm and professional.
- A dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Experience with custom apparel, printing, embroidery, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.
