About us: Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with some flexibility Duration : 3-6 month temporary assignment with potential for temp-to-hire Pay Rate: $38-$52/hour, depending on experience Background Check : Clear criminal background check and drug screen required Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, schedules, and priorities Coordinate meetings from scheduling through follow-up, including agendas, materials, logistics, and action items Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, and executive-facing materials Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting Organize and facilitate virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools Track deadlines, deliverables, and key priorities to ensure timely follow-through Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Support special projects and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies 3+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support Experience supporting Directors, Vice Presidents, C-suite leaders, or other senior executives Advanced calendar management skills in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Teams experience, including virtual meeting coordination, breakout rooms, channels, and shared resources High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accountability for results Experience in a regulated, professional, research, life sciences, higher education, nonprofit, or similarly complex environment preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Sausalito Liquor Co
