Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established healthcare organization for multiple contract-to-hire Patient Registration opportunities located in the Downtown Indianapolis area! Responsibilities
- Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
- Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
- Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
- Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
- Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required .
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required !
- 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends
- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends
- 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM availability M-F
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F
- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM M-F
