Patient Intake Coordinator

Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an exceptional healthcare network for a contract-to-hire Patient Intake Coordinator role in the Carmel, IN area! Responsibilities include:

Floating between all floors of the hospital to register inpatient patients.
Confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients.
Facilitating patient flow from point of entry to the destination.

Requirements include:

Previous medical insurance experience required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!

Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (40 hrs/wk) Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
