Market Development Specialist, Boca Raton, FL 1. Research the Brazilian market for the firm’s immigration services by identifying client segments, the services clients seek, competitor positioning, and referral channels, and summarize findings in written reports. 2. Identify and describe target customer groups of Brazilian and Brazil-connected prospects and maintain simple profiles of their needs and interests. 3. Track and review marketing results by recording lead sources, conversion outcomes, and consultation attendance, and provide regular updates to management. 4. Gather and compare information about competitors and similar service providers, including their marketing approaches and positioning, and report key findings. 5. Help select marketing and outreach channels, including community groups, partnerships, online campaigns, events, and referral sources, based on performance results. 6. Draft and update marketing materials, including emails, flyers, website and social media content, presentations, and brochures, using management-approved language. 7. Support marketing campaigns by organizing contact lists, scheduling outreach activities, coordinating event details, and tracking tasks to completion. 8. Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead source information, contact notes, follow-up activity, and status updates, to ensure consistent tracking of outreach and results. 9. Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads using approved questions, schedule consultations, and route prospects to the appropriate team member. 10. Prepare client-facing summaries for internal review, including service overviews, outreach follow-up notes, and onboarding checklists, before sending materials to prospects. 11. Support referral and partnership relationships by maintaining partner lists, tracking referral activity, and coordinating communications. 12. Monitor public updates that may affect Brazilian client demand, including policy changes and processing trends, and provide non-legal summaries to support marketing and outreach planning. Knowledge of the Brazilian market and Brazilian client sourcing channels, including cultural and business norms relevant to outreach, partnerships, and community engagement. 3. Ability to research the market and understand trends, competitors, and target audiences for the company’s services. 4. Ability to read and summarize public information (including policy updates and processing trends) into clear, easy-to-follow written notes for internal use. 5. Skill in preparing simple reports and summaries to help management decide what marketing and outreach efforts to prioritize. 6. Ability to keep organized and accurate CRM records, including lead sources, follow-ups, and results. 7. Experience gathering and using basic data to evaluate what outreach efforts are working and what needs improvement. 8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 9. Ability to create Excel reports and charts to track marketing and lead results. 10.
