Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:
- Current BCBA certification and active licensure
- Previous experience in schools or with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly across different classrooms and environments
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered behavioral interventions
Role Highlights:
- Serve a diverse caseload of K-12 students, addressing a broad spectrum of behavioral needs
- Float between campuses as needed, providing district-wide expertise and support
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Mentor, train, and consult with school staff and families to implement strategies effectively
- Use data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Ensure all work aligns with school policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices
