Job Title: Machine Operator (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Pay: $20/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team on either day or night shifts . In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while ensuring product quality and accurate production reporting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient operations, performing routine maintenance, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• (12-hour shifts; schedule may vary based on production needs)

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely; make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Conduct quality inspections during and after production to ensure standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies.
• Use measuring tools (tape measure, gauges, etc.) and hand tools to verify product specifications.
• Maintain clear logs of machine performance, maintenance, and production data.
• Generate daily and weekly production/quality reports.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team members and support production goals as needed.

• Experience operating manufacturing or production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and procedures.

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work day or overnight shifts .

• Clean, organized non-climate-controlled facility (portable AC units provided for comfort)
• Work with manufacturing machinery, hand tools, and measuring devices
• Use of Microsoft Excel for reporting and production tracking
• Safety-focused environment with ongoing training and team suppor

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Monroe,NC.
