Machine Assistant Operator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Assistant Operator to join our team in Matthews, NC, 28105. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our manufacturing processes by assisting machine operators in the setup, operation, and maintenance of various machinery. Responsibilities

Assist machine operators with setup and operation of machinery.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues or malfunctions.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during operations.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of machinery.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
