Inside Sales Representative

Frontier Steel, a leader in the metal industry and a division of Russel Metals Williams Bahcall Inc., is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Position Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of client orders. This role requires independent judgment, specialized expertise, and project management skills to deliver exceptional service while working with minimal supervision. This position does not involve managerial responsibilities.

Position Summary:
• Develop a deep understanding of Frontier Steel’s products and services.
• Partner with the external sales team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
• Assist clients in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs.
• Provide coverage and support for other Inside Sales Representatives as needed.
• Maintain regular customer contact and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with branches and purchasing teams to secure optimal pricing and material options.
• Enter and track customer orders while understanding costing and quoting structures.
• Stay informed on market trends to maximize profitability.
• Build trust with existing customers while researching and developing new leads.
• Work with sales and operations teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with purchasing to source materials for urgent customer needs.
• Partner with operations to manage account activity and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Generate accurate quotes and provide product information to customers promptly.
• Develop solutions for customer inquiries and foster strong internal and external relationships.
