Overview

• Claims Background: Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading claims adjusters required. Must have Workers Compensation/TPA background. Prior experience as an adjuster preferred.
• Jurisdictional Experience: Branch oversees a mix of Southwest jurisdictions including TX, OK, AZ, UT, CO.
• Active Adjusters' licenses: Must be licensed in the states that are being handled or reciprocals.
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
