Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and administering individualized therapy treatment plans as designed by licensed physical therapists.
• Employing various modalities and techniques, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, in line with established therapeutic protocols.
• Guiding patients through exercises, ambulation, and daily activities while instructing them on the correct use of adaptive equipment and positioning aids.
• Thoroughly documenting patient progress and maintaining detailed treatment records and progress notes.
• Collaborating with supervising physical therapists to identify patients' needs for evaluations and adjustments to their care plans.
• Participating in collaborative care meetings, in-service training, and continuous education opportunities to deepen your knowledge of physical therapy practices.
• Providing referrals for additional services as necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assisting in other related duties as assigned to help enhance the overall effectiveness of our therapy team.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
