Materials Planner

Job Title: Materials Planner II

Duration: 3 months

Location: Columbus IN 47201

Pay Rate: $34.00 - $35.50 hourly on W2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, support team operations, communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, and leverage your Excel expertise to track, report, and update data critically needed for our processes. Your proactive approach will help identify and resolve issues quickly, contributing to the smooth running of our supply chain.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel for creating and managing spreadsheets
• Strong customer communication skills with clear, professional interaction
• Excellent problem-solving abilities—proactive and resourceful
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing, medical, or logistics environment
• Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating familiarity with administrative and logistical tasks
