Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique situation and needs.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand the client's background, challenges, and strengths, followed by the development of comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with the standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences to ensure accountability and quality of care.

• Engage in collaborative care with various stakeholders, such as psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community organizations, to support clients in a holistic manner.

• Participate actively in clinical case consultations, seminar discussions, and ongoing professional training to refine your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Required:

• A valid and active LCSW license in California, demonstrating good standing and adherence to the state's regulations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) obtained from an accredited institution, underscoring your formal training and preparation to provide clinical services.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience delivering mental health services to diverse populations, showcasing your ability to adapt your approach to meet varied client needs.
