Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its Health Care Practice Group in Denver, CO. This full-time position offers the chance to engage in sophisticated transactional matters for private equity and financial sponsor clients, working with a collaborative team. Duties Work on M&A transactions and corporate matters for private equity funds and portfolio companies. Draft governing documents such as bylaws, operating agreements, and partnership agreements. Collaborate with a team on complex transactional matters. Engage with clients from diverse industries. Requirements Experience with private equity funds and M&A transactions. Strong academic background and superior drafting skills. Admitted to the Colorado Bar. Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented. Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to the Colorado Bar. Skills Superior drafting and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
