The role offers exposure to clients across various industries, with a focus on health care and regulated sectors. Duties Structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions. Draft and negotiate transaction documents for M&A transactions. Prepare and negotiate governing documents, including bylaws and operating agreements. Manage key aspects of transactions with increasing independence. Coordinate due diligence and supervise junior attorneys. Work directly with clients and collaborate within deal teams. Requirements 3-4 years of experience with private equity funds and M&A transactions. Strong academic background and superior drafting skills. Admitted to the Colorado Bar. Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the Colorado Bar.
