Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy protocols to help them reach their functional aspirations.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ proven methods to advance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and overall daily living experiences.

Collaborate with Diverse Professionals: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care.

Guide Patients and Families: Offer education about therapy practices to ensure continued progress in the home setting.

Record and Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maintain effective care paths.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
