We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver (Full-Time) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver (Full-Time) , you will be responsible for providing personalized care services to our clients, including:

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with mobility and transfers
Providing companionship and social interaction
Managing medication and treatments
Maintaining a safe and clean living environment

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized care plans for each client
Provide one-on-one care to clients, tailoring services to their unique needs and preferences
Monitor and report on client condition, progress, and any changes or concerns
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and care

Requirements:

Minimum Years of Experience: 3
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a certification program in home care, nursing, or a related field preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
