Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document patient progress accurately to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required
• New graduates welcome (0 years of experience needed)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Pediatric or hospital-based experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to document in an electronic medical record (EMR)
• Compassionate and adaptable approach to patient care
• Time management and organizational skills
