Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Provide therapeutic interventions and modalities to help patients achieve their goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated, family-centered care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with clinical rotations in pediatrics welcome
• Must be able to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their fullest potential

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Knowledge of pediatric motor development and orthopedic conditions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation
