Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Understanding of pediatric developmental and rehabilitative needs
• Proficient in medical documentation and electronic health records
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Adaptability to meet diverse patient needs
