Business and Financial Support Analyst

Job Description and Duties The incumbent performs a variety of entry-level analytical duties to complete less complex program related work assignments while serving as a support resource for the Internal and External Budget Sections. Program related assignments include evaluating and reviewing business forms and publications, researching, monitoring, and analyzing financial performance and program data, developing and maintaining web content and documents in various online webpage and SharePoint sites, including SharePoint and FTBNet, and providing administrative support to the Financial Management Bureau (FMB) and Resource Allocation Action Committee. The incumbent will communicate, consult, and coordinate with staff, management, and other internal stakeholders to perform various duties, and also provides administrative support by organizing, tracking, and maintaining various documents and files for the section and bureau.
