• Experience: Minimum 2 years PICU experience, recent Children's hospital experience (last 3 years); L&D experience preferred but must have Peds or PICU background

What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy in pediatric ICU and neuro diagnostic units, including ventilator management and airway care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support child and family needs
• Float across PICU, NICU, Peds, and possibly IU Health North Hospital based on unit needs
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical standards
• Obtain necessary certifications if not already current, including NRP if needed for specific units
• Maintain documentation for billing and reporting purposes

What You Need

• Indiana State License (must have applied for both full and temporary)
• ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (for PICU/L&D as required)
• Minimum 2 years PICU experience, recent pediatric hospital experience within the last 3 years
• L&D experience (preferred) or relevant neonatal/pediatric ICU experience
• Comfortable with every other weekend schedule and night shifts

• PALS certification
• Experience floating across NICU, PICU, and Peds units
• Pediatric or children's hospital experience in the last 3 years
