Project ManagerProject Manager 9 month contract Must be able to work on a W2 On-site in Arlington, TNSUMMARY Our client, a manufacturing organization, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Project Manager – Individual Contributor. This position will support the implementation of the EU Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR) requirements at the Arlington manufacturing site.DUTIES / EXPECTATIONS OF ROLELead a cross-functional team in development and execution of project management plans for EU MDR compliance.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Coordinate project activities, schedules, and budgets to facilitate on-time and within-budget delivery.Monitor progress from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal stakeholders.Organize interdepartmental meetings and ensure communication facilitates project completion.Apply professional expertise independently, making evaluative judgments based on factual analysis.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 4 or more years of relevant project management experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in project execution.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules, budgets, and risks.Professional mastery of project management principles, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.NICE TO HAVEExperience in the manufacturing industry.Familiarity with EU MDR regulations and compliance efforts.Previous work on regulatory or quality projects related to medical devices.
