• Be the analytical engine behind important client relationships.
• Use data to prove the ROI of our cybersecurity training platform.
• Navigate complex datasets using SQL to uncover how training impacts human risk.
• Present insights to executive level stakeholders using storytelling expertise.

Location & Work Mode:

• US (East Coast preferred)
• Fully Remote

The fellowship you’ll be joining:

• Part of the Federal Sales team, reporting to the SVP of Global Federal & SLED.
• Collaborate closely with account executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success.
• Work closely with the Data Engineering team.

⚔️ Technology tools & weapons you’ll be using:

• Looker (primary) and Tableau
• SQL on BigQuery (Snowflake a plus / legacy)
• Python for analysis, automation, and statistics
• Excel for modeling and ad-hoc work
• Comfort using AI-assisted tooling (LLM copilots) to accelerate analysis and prototyping

• Strategic client consultation — Partner with Federal agency stakeholders to translate compliance and security needs into data-driven success plans.
• ROI modeling & data storytelling — Use SQL and Python to extract and shape large datasets, surfacing correlations between training engagement and reduced security incidents.
• Actionable behavioral insights — Run deep-dive analysis on user behavior and simulation logs to identify high-risk cohorts.
• Technical data integrity — Maintain rigorous data hygiene by auditing the flow of training telemetry from platform to reporting layer.
• Stakeholder & relationship management — Participate in Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to discuss client progress and collaborate with Product and Data Engineering.

Qualifications

• Data Manipulation: Expert-level SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases.
• Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis.
• Mastery of Looker or other visualization tools.
• High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling).
• Strong communication skills to explain technical data clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to build cohesive presentations that tell a story.
• Skilled at managing expectations across diverse departments.
• Familiarity with customer success metrics, industry context in EdTech or cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Ability to translate raw data into useful insights for executives.
• Experience in building interactive Looker/Tableau dashboards and presentations.
• Experience in running deep-dive analysis on user behavior.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and conduct rapid prototyping.
