We're seeking a Production Technician to join a small manufacturing team producing awnings, canopies, and custom aluminum structures. Production Technician Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:45am to 04:30pm)

• Operate hand tools including drills, sanders, staplers, and tape measures
• Perform production, packing, shipping, loading, and unloading duties
• Assist with sanding, grinding, and paint preparation
• Read work orders and complete production tasks accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate production concerns and quality issues to management

Production Technician Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
