Home Health Speech Therapist

Job Overview Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Home Health Speech Therapist position. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech language pathology therapy services to home health residents/clients in their home environment to promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life. You will evaluate residents/clients, develop individualized plans of care, implement evidence‑based interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes in compliance with physician orders, state practice acts, and federal and state home health regulations. Requirements Master's degree in speech language pathology from an accredited program Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health is preferred Valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) Benefits Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4 % company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
