Inside Sales Specialist

Waters Corporation seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across an assigned territory through virtual engagement and field collaboration. The role involves prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and delivering consultative solutions to laboratory customers in pharmaceutical, clinical, and industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth plans identifying new business and expanding existing customer relationships
- Prospect and qualify sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement
- Partner with field sales, service, and application teams to advance customer opportunities
- Conduct virtual product presentations and customer business reviews with laboratory stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts and deliver recurring performance reports to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to travel up to 10% as required
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferred)
Compensation: $32.10–$51.30 USD hourly plus incentives
