Blazor C# Developer

We are seeking a skilled Blazor C# Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, backend services, and APIs while delivering intuitive, high-performance user experiences. This role requires close collaboration with product and design teams to translate complex workflows into effective, user-friendly solutions. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support application functionality and data access. Refactor and enhance Blazor components for scalability, maintainability, and performance. Collaborate with product and design teams to convert business workflows into intuitive UI experiences. Ensure usability, responsiveness, and clarity when handling large or complex datasets. Iterate quickly based on user feedback and evolving business requirements. Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture focused on practical, maintainable solutions. Participate in full-stack feature development and support end-to-end ownership of deliverables. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in data-intensive environments. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience with C#/.NET development in production environments. Hands‑on experience building interactive web applications using Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly). Strong experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework for designing and managing data-driven applications. Experience working with Azure services and cloud-based application development. Ability to work across the full stack and independently own features from development through deployment. Understanding of data visualization concepts and user interaction patterns in data-heavy interfaces. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Preferred Experience Recent experience with JavaScript and modern frontend development practices. Experience designing applications for operational or non-technical users.
