Title: Strategic Sourcing Category Specialist Location Chicago, IL, US, 60038 Requisition Number: 224681 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Category Specialist to assist Strategic Sourcing Leaders with prospecting, relationship buildingand program setup with suppliers in order to uphold Cintas' value propositions. Responsibilitiesinclude executingand administering RFQ and RFP processes with suppliers in accordance with government, corporate and division policies in order to provide product consistent with, or better than, the cost and scheduler needs of Cintas; supporting Category Managers in qualifying suppliers of Cintas products either for internal or contracted manufacturing or sourced for distribution to Cintas' customers; working within the requirements of the development process and calendar of development. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
