In this role, you will provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work alongside experienced technology professionals, develop technical expertise, and contribute to a collaborative environment. What You'll Do Respond to technical support requests received via phone, email, and other support channels. Troubleshoot and resolve routine hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and access-related issues. Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related technology equipment. Document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions accurately within support systems. Follow established IT support procedures, security protocols, and best practices. Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams while providing thorough documentation. Support associates with various technology needs in a professional and customer-focused manner. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure effective issue resolution. Continuously develop technical knowledge and support skills through training and mentorship. What We Are Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Foundational understanding of Windows operating systems and end-user computing environments. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and productivity tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
