Jalilvand Law Corporation, a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, California, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Litigation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and paralegals throughout all phases of personal injury litigation. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for professional growth within our firm. Daily Responsibilities: Draft and prepare legal correspondence, discovery shells, client communications, and basic pleadings. Organize and maintain case files, track discovery, and manage records from medical providers and third parties. Maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, depositions, hearings, and client appointments. Coordinate communications with clients, medical providers, lienholders, insurance adjusters, process servers, and opposing counsel. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, trial binders, and related materials. Support court filings, service of process, and other litigation-related tasks as needed. Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm setting. Minimum 2 years of litigation support experience. Experience with discovery, calendaring litigation deadlines, and trial preparation strongly preferred. Strong drafting, written communication, and legal support skills. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
