Home Health Aide (HHA) | Personal | Full-TimeJoin BrightStar Care – Where Compassion Meets ExcellenceBrightStar Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional in-home personal care and hospice support to clients throughout Westside Cuyahoga County, with primary availability in North Ridgeville.If you're passionate about helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships, we'd love to meet you.Available ScheduleMinimum of 40 hours per weekYou should be available on-call on those days you don't have a schedule yetMorning, Afternoon, and Overnight shifts availableOngoing 24/7 care cases | 12 hours shift available Must be available to work in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina Counties, including North Ridgeville, Middleburg Heights, Parma, Strongsville, Rocky River, Lakewood, Westlake, Avon, Berea, Fairview Park, North Olmsted, and surrounding areas. What You'll DoProvide compassionate, hands-on care while assisting clients with daily living activities, including:Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)Safe transfers and mobility assistanceMeal preparation and feeding assistanceMedication remindersLight housekeeping and laundryCompanionship and emotional supportObserve and report changes in the client's condition to the RNCurrent Client NeedsThis position includes caring for a client who requires:Full assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Incontinence care (urinary)Bedpan assistanceMedication remindersMeal preparationLaundry and light housekeepingMobility and transfer assistanceSupport with exercises as directed by Physical TherapyWound care oversight provided by Hospice (caregiver not responsible for wound treatment)Why BrightStar Care?At BrightStar Care, we live by The Golden Rule-treating every client and employee with compassion, dignity, and respect.
