Compensation Hourly Compensation: $80- $100 Total Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment, providing extensive training and mentoring to staff and BCBA's. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments Provide training to parents and staff Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA Maintain records and documentation Attend professional development activities Supervise RBTs The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
