Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily plant operations, workflow execution, and staff performance across our manufacturing operations in Corona, CA. Serving as the key operational leader on site, you will direct shop floor and office teams to drive productivity, uphold safety/quality standards, and achieve core KPIs.

salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

Facility Operations: Oversees day-to-day plant/office operations, sets priorities, and ensures alignment with company and customer goals.

Production & Labor Planning: Manages schedules, staffing, materials, capacity, and overtime to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

KPI & Performance: Tracks productivity, quality, and operational KPIs, executing corrective actions as needed.

People Leadership: Mentors, trains, and holds staff accountable to drive performance and team development.

Employee Relations: Handles reviews, attendance, conflict resolution, and corrective actions with HR and upper management.

Safety & Compliance: Enforces safety, quality, environmental, and facility standards across all operations.

Problem-Solving: Resolves operational issues promptly and manages key plant initiatives to completion.

Reporting & Communication: Delivers daily/weekly status reports and collaborates cross-functionally; English required, English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
