2nd & 3rd Shift Operator/Assembler/Fork Truck Driver - Lower Nazareth, PA

Job Description Victaulic is seeking a Production Associate for 2nd or 3rd shift to handle loading and unloading of products onto an overhead conveyor line, manage fitting racks, apply powder paint, inspect quality, maintain paint systems, and support material handling around the paint lines. Shift 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:35pm 3rd Shift: 10:30pm – 6:35am (times subject to change) Employees must be willing to do daily and weekend overtime as required. Overtime is paid for all hours beyond forty in any week. Responsibilities Ensure production meets Victaulic’s quality standards. Aid in manufacture and shipment of products by inspecting, transferring, cleaning, sweeping, and assisting as determined by supervision. Operate, monitor, and inspect tools, dip tanks, paint lines, impregnators, and related equipment to produce finished product, set up material handling as needed, perform minor troubleshooting, and maintain productivity. Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs), forklifts, or walk‑behind forklifts. Pack, inspect, and prepare products/materials for shipment or transfer. Follow proper safety procedures and wear prescribed safety equipment at all times. Report work performed, inspection findings, and time/materials used to supervisor. Maintain a neat, clean work area and return tools/craft to proper storage. Report injuries, unsafe acts or conditions, or equipment failures immediately. Perform duties to ensure uninterrupted operation of the facility. Be willing to train and train others as needed. Actively participate in SRP, VPDS, and other initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. Wear personal protective equipment at all times; steel‑toe shoes required from first day. Skills Understand work instructions. Limited technical ability required. Can lift up to 50 pounds. Can use hand tools. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Will train new hires. Motivated, self‑starter. Good attendance.
