Work Environment\n

Our remote work environment offers flexibility while enabling you to engage directly with patients in their own communities. We operate primarily from a community health clinic setting, allowing for integrated care solutions. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. This position includes a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique challenges and strengths.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that resonate with individual cultural contexts.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, focusing on improving mental health outcomes and fostering resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proficiency in delivering therapy both individually and in groups, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clients.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and commitment to maintaining ethical standards in practice.
