Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children enrolled in early intervention programs.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique circumstances.

• Monitor progress and outcomes, engaging with families and caregivers to ensure adherence to therapeutic goals and modifying plans as necessary.

• Deliver coaching and guidance to families on strategies and resources that enhance their child’s learning and development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention services.
\n
• Establish strong rapport with children and parents, fostering trust and open communication to create a supportive environment for growth.

• Provide continuous education to families on available community resources and support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with varying degrees of developmental challenges. You will work closely with their families, offering insights and support to navigate the complexities of their child’s needs. The role emphasizes early intervention—the critical time frame for addressing developmental delays to ensure children meet their developmental milestones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• Demonstrable experience in an early intervention setting, with at least two years of hands-on work with children and families.

• A valid driver’s license is required for potential in-person meetings or service provisions.

• Proficient in adapting therapeutic techniques to suit diverse learning styles and needs of children.

Compensation and Benefits\n
