Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues to participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring personalized strategies for each child.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing feedback to adapt services based on developmental progress.
\n
• Offer guidance and support to families, sharing effective strategies and information that promote developmental milestones.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations related to mental health and child welfare.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices when working with families and children.
\n
• Build rapport with children and families, fostering a healthy and encouraging learning environment.
\n
• Regularly assess and recommend the frequency of services based on observations and family feedback.
\n
• Provide training and resources to families related to enhancing their child's developmental progress.
\n
• Adhere to standards that ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays, as well as their families. Our dedicated Children’s Services are designed to help these youths acquire essential skills—physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication—that are critical in their formative years. The LCSW in this position will play a pivotal role in supporting not just the children, but also their families, creating a collaborative environment aimed at achieving developmental goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
