Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the specific needs of children and families within our services.

• Actively engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), aligning interventions with best practices and family goals.
\n
• Monitor developmental outcomes and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
\n
• Provide evidence-based support and guidance to families, equipping them with skills and resources to foster their child's growth and well-being.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies during sessions for effective delivery of services.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Develop rapport with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing, engaging learning atmosphere conducive to development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving families with infants and toddlers who face disabilities or developmental delays. Our approach is family-centered, engaging parents and caregivers as active participants in each child's educational and therapeutic journey. By fostering collaboration and active participation, we guide families toward strategies that promote their children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional development during these formative years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license is required for occasional site visits and community engagements.
\n
• Proven ability to adapt to various learning styles, ensuring each child’s individual treatment plan is effectively implemented.

• Experience working with children within early intervention settings (preferably at least one year).
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and evidence-based methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
