Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each plan is tailored to fit the unique needs of the client.

• Provide direct mental health therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on skill-building, emotional regulation, and peer support, fostering a safe environment for participants to share and learn from each other.

• Maintain regular communication with the Utilization Review Department to ensure timely authorization of services and follow payment protocols with the Business Department.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes per organizational standards and California state regulations, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and shared in a timely manner.

Your work will primarily involve children and families within school environments, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma. Your role is crucial in identifying challenges early and providing necessary interventions, helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes and improve their overall functionality in daily life and academic settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LCSW licensure in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
