Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and families, identifying specific needs and strengths.

• Participate in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation to meet each child’s unique requirements.

• Monitor outcomes for children enrolled in services and provide ongoing support and follow-ups with families.
\n
• Develop strong relationships with children and families to foster a positive therapeutic environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices in all interventions.
\n
• Provide families with essential resources and strategies to support their child's development in alignment with developmental milestones.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and support.
\n
• Stay compliant with all federal and state regulations regarding social work practices and child welfare.
\n
• Utilize coaching models to enhance learning and development in children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, particularly infants and toddlers undergoing early intervention services. You will work with families from diverse backgrounds, offering vital emotional support and practical strategies tailored to improve each child’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional skills during critical developmental phases. Your expertise will help empower parents and caregivers, guiding them through the complexities of managing developmental delays and disabilities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) is required.

• Current LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.

• Valid driver's license.
\n

• Strong commitment to best practices in social work and early intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
