Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify developmental needs and strengths of children.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored approaches that meet each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and document outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting interventions as necessary based on gathered data.
\n
• Provide families with ongoing support, guidance, and resources to enhance their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Administer developmental screenings and interpret results to inform treatment plans and service delivery.
\n
• Build strong rapport with children and families, utilizing therapeutic techniques to foster a positive learning environment.

• Implement strategies based on evidence-based practices while adhering to Natural Learning Environment principles and promoting active parental engagement.
\n
• Utilize effective communication and a coaching model to facilitate family learning and empowerment in the service plan's context.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations in the delivery of social work services, maintaining the highest standards of care and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW with Intimate Bridge Counseling, you will primarily focus on supporting families of young children, particularly infants and toddlers facing developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will impact the child's ability to develop essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills within their formative years, thereby fostering an inclusive environment for all young learners.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
