Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children seeking early intervention services.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they are tailored to the unique circumstances of each family.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a collaborative team, adjusting strategies as needed to improve effectiveness.

• Build trusting relationships with children and their families to foster a supportive environment that encourages participation in the treatment process.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment philosophy to guide interventions and family engagement strategies.

• Provide families with valuable resources, skills, and emotional support to enhance their child's development, while coaching them on effective practices in natural settings.

• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations related to mental health services and child protection.

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and clients, upholding the highest standards of care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on children from birth to three years old who may exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Our emphasis is on providing early intervention strategies that help these children develop vital physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. You will work closely with families during this critical time, ensuring they have the support they need to facilitate their child's growth and development, which is essential for fostering long-term successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or higher is required.

• Must hold an active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
