Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Imperia Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients and their families to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with each family’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor outcomes and adjust care strategies as required.
\n
• Provide emotional and educational support to families, equipping them with tools and knowledge to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles during all interventions to foster optimal development outcomes.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations relevant to social work and pediatric care.
\n
• Administer and document evaluations and assessments following established protocols.
\n
• Foster trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is particularly focused on children experiencing disabilities or developmental delays, with a strong emphasis on early intervention services. You will directly impact their lives during this formative stage, promoting essential skills such as physical, cognitive, and social/emotional development within a supportive family context.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active licensure from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A valid driver’s license for potential travel when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
