Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct holistic psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and strengths.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, including clear goals and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.
\n
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as required.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to comply with clinical best practices and legal requirements.
\n
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and support groups, fostering peer connections.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population seeking support for a variety of mental health issues. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing life transitions, emotional distress, or mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted California licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
