Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children aged birth to three years who may experience developmental delays.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that individual needs are appropriately addressed.
\n
• Monitor outcomes and progress, adjusting care strategies as needed to ensure the best possible results for each child.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, facilitating workshops and resources that empower caregivers in their children's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to social work and early intervention practices.
\n
• Administer standardized assessments to evaluate children's skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

• Foster a positive and trusting relationship with children, families, and colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on young children with disabilities or delays ranging from cognitive impairments to motor skills issues. Our dedicated programs aim to provide support to families, ensuring children receive the necessary interventions to thrive. You will work directly with babies and toddlers, helping to develop skills that will enable them to achieve milestones essential for their future learning and social interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

Preferred Experience\n
