Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Foresight Psychotherapy, you will take on a variety of essential functions, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and their families.

• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Monitoring outcomes as a collaborative team member, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.

• Building strong, respectful rapport with children, families, and colleagues to foster a nurturing learning environment.

• Providing families with the tools, skills, and emotional support necessary to enhance their child's development.

• Utilizing coaching models and Natural Learning Environment Practices in daily interactions with families.

• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards in the support of both staff and the communities we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with developmental challenges in their early years. You will support families through transitional phases and help navigate resources available through federal and state programs. This role is designed to make a tangible impact on young lives, creating pathways for children with disabilities and delays to develop crucial skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
