Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the specific needs of children with disabilities or developmental delays.

• Play an active role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

• Regularly monitor and assess outcomes, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure the best possible support for each child.

• Provide education and emotional support to families, guiding them through the early intervention process with compassion and expertise.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles to promote skill development in children, adapting strategies to individual learning styles.

• Administer regular reports and documentation to comply with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Encourage healthy relationships by developing rapport with children, families, and team members, thus fostering a supportive learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on infants, toddlers, and their families who are navigating the challenges associated with disabilities or early developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
