This is a remote position, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to effectively connect with families and collaborate with team members from the comfort of their home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by each child.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to support individualized learning goals.

• Monitor child progress and outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure developmental objectives are met.

• Provide consistent support and resources to families, equipping them with skills to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices within Natural Learning Environment approaches to inform interventions and strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with educational professionals and allied health providers to optimize care and support for children.
\n
• Ensure all interventions comply with federal and state regulations in early childhood education and intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers who demonstrate disabilities or developmental delays. Our LCSW will support the youngest among us, offering personalized care that addresses each child's unique developmental needs. By working closely with families, the LCSW will foster environments conducive to growth and learning, empowering them to advocate for their children and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is mandatory.

• Must hold a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required to support home visits as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience.
