Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate each client’s developmental milestones and challenges.

• Delivering tailored developmental services to infants and toddlers, ensuring activities align with the unique developmental appropriateness for children aged 0-3.

• Collaborating with families to establish Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), focusing on specific developmental goals, objectives, and evidence-based strategies.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of progress notes, assessments, and correspondence to track advancements and adapt strategies as needed.

• Providing individual and group interventions for young children at risk for or experiencing developmental delays, covering critical areas such as cognitive, social-emotional, and motor development.

• Assessing family strengths, resources, and concerns to effectively support each family unit in their developmental journey.

• Acting as a service coordinator for families by organizing, implementing, and evaluating the intervention plans to ensure timely and appropriate service delivery.

• Facilitating constructive parent-child interactions that promote early development and assisting families in becoming advocates for their child's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around working with infants and toddlers from birth to three years old who are experiencing or are at risk for developmental delays. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 68,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
